Items GoLightHub can receive in Bangkok
Check which Thai-store purchases may enter the Bangkok package receiving pilot. Restricted categories default to denied, and final eligibility depends on size, value, merchant, handling, and current capacity.
Checked and organized before arrival.
Good pilot candidates
- ✓Baby and family essentials such as sealed supplies and non-safety-critical travel gear
- ✓Camera, lighting, portable work, and computer accessories
- ✓Travel organizers, bags, beach, rain, and everyday arrival items
- ✓Selected consumer electronics within the configured value and battery limits
Not accepted at pilot launch
- ×Medicine, controlled health products, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, weapons, or illegal goods
- ×Perishable, temperature-controlled, hazardous, or unapproved lithium-battery products
- ×Cash, gift cards, negotiable instruments, counterfeit goods, or suspected IP-infringing goods
- ×Oversized or unusually high-value items beyond configured hub and courier limits
Submitting a product does not mean it is approved. Staff eligibility review happens before a payable quote is issued.
